Birthday Party Reschedule Policy We get it — life happens! If you need to reschedule your party, just give us at least 7 days' notice, and we’ll be happy to move your booking to a future available date at no extra cost. Less than 7 days' notice? We’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, but a $39 rescheduling fee may apply to cover staffing and prep. Need to reschedule within 48 hours of your party? Unfortunately, we’ve already reserved the time and prepared materials for your group. While we’ll always try to help, rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may result in forfeiting your booking. 💡 Reminder: All party bookings are non-refundable, but fully transferable if rescheduled with proper notice.
